My new install of CA11 doesn't have a classifier for the Guru database. It's just a bunch of games. When the Guru base is auto-opened, it's always READ-ONLY, and, if I get the DB properties, the path is to some folder called CD-Refer. I don't know if the one has to do with the other, but this seems broken to me. I've tried opening Guru directly, but the CD-Refer path is always used.
I have not received my download link for Openings Encyclopedia 2010, nor my login information for the automatic updates (I have CA11 Pro), even after sending 2 emails requesting them. What's going on, ChessOK?

The problem was that the DB was write-protected by the OS. Not sure how this happened.
I'm still missing the OE2010 and AU info, though, and would like to get that taken care of.
Thanks,

Evidently our programers copy GURU form DVD to our site and because of this all files have "read only" attribute"
for correct work Guru of course one need to remove this attribute from all files.
If in Ca11 any database have RO (read only) in Red colour, this may be removed in Base properties.
IF "RO" in black color, all files have attribute "read only"

In page ca 11 Pro Opening encyclopedia 2010 included erroneously.
It must be for users with deep aquarium 4 and users which bought it standalone.
In ca 11 already exists all that exists in Opening encyclopeia 2010
