Peshka Improvement Sugggestion
I just got the latest update to Peshka installed and I must say that I love the improvements to the interface. Congratz on continuing to make the interface the best of bred.
I do however, have a few other suggestions to the interface and hope they will be included in forth coming releases.
1) Include a statistics tab that shows you the current users progress through ALL the installed courses on a single page. For example
CT-Art 4.0 ...... 29 % complete (1700 of 4500 complete)
Chess Tactics Level 1 50 % complete (1000 of 2000 complete)
This would be very helpful in seeing at a glance which of the installed products have been completed and how well you are doing.
2) Provide some way to REMOVE a user from the system. I have been creating dummy users for preparation for particular tournaments and would LOVE a way to remove the users easily.
3) An option to hide the status bar at the bottom of the screen during test mode. I have discovered that the Score and the Elo Task information gives a bit of information as to the difficulty of the problem. Being able to turn these OFF in test mode would be GREAT.
4) The ability to sort and order the Course selection screen would be nice. The courses don't seem to be in alphabetical order, but it would be nice to order by title or better yet, have this be a user defined order. I for one would like to put my most used courses at the top instead of scrolling through the entire course list.
5) It might be nice to have the user rating be tied to the particular course instead of a single rating across all courses. Or perhaps the ability to track both: Your rating for a particular course and across all courses. This could provide additional information as to what needs to be focused on in your study sessions.
