CT-ART 4.o keeps asking to create a new user
When I start CT-ART 4.0 it always asks me to create a new user with ELO 800 even though I already have a user and an ELO from the previous session. I have to go to Tools>Users to retrieve my previous ELO. Why can it not remember who I was and what my ELO was from last time?

Ct-art 4 don't need to ask create new user, if user already exists
