Use our alternative method. For example. for aquarium we have instant page, where alll components (except setup) which available in downloader. Special link for setup I may send if you send me your serial number with e-mail to Info@chessOk.com

For other products we also have HTTP links.

Downloader may not work, for example, with Firewall. Check Port 8569, it must be opened for connection with our server.

I sent you HTTP link with e-mail for Deep aquarium. I can't say why downloader don't work on your computer.

Use our second (alternative) method (with HTTP links).

Also say what is your windows system?

ChessOk downloader you need to run with admin rights. Only in this case it works correctly.

And under Vista and Win 7 better to install it not in Program files.

in ChessOk downloader no materials for aquarium 4, ca 11 and Rybka 4.

And you can't actiavte here serial numbers from these versions.

Ask HTTP links from me for new download of these products.
